Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ogimagex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ogimagex is a free Open Graph image generation service that allows users to create social media images using templates and a canvas editor. The Service includes:

  • Access to 18 pre-designed templates
  • Free Form editor with design tools
  • API for programmatic image generation
  • Export in multiple formats (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG)

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Generate images that contain hate speech, violence, or explicit content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

Service Content: The Service, including its templates, design elements, software, and documentation, is owned by ogimagex and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you input and the images you generate using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or commercialize the Service itself.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Service. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to use and share the content you input
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove or block access to content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor user-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGIAMEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Service (which is currently free).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ogimagex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
